Concrete Cancer Repair across Melbourne
Enquiries come from across Melbourne, Port Phillip and Bayside. Three pages are written around a council's own permit process, because the permit and its fee change how a repair is reached: St Kilda and Elwood, Brighton, Hampton and Sandringham, and the CBD and Docklands.

The suburbs in the City of Port Phillip and Bayside are named on those councils' own suburb lists. For the City of Melbourne area, ask the Council whether your address is in it. Each council runs its own street occupation or hoarding permit, asset protection permit and fees, so the council that covers your address decides which lines apply.

Three councils
The rules on these pages are each council's own, alongside Victoria's. Some suburbs and postcodes cross council boundaries, as the City of Port Phillip's own list says, so check with the council which one covers your address. Suburbs outside these three councils are not covered here.
Suburbs without a page
The rest of the service area is covered on the same terms, among them Carlton, Albert Park, Port Melbourne, Hampton and Black Rock. A page was written where a council source gave a group of suburbs something specific that changes the job. The others would repeat what the three already say.
